1993 : A 17 ans, la future DJ découvre la magie d’un monde parallèle en pleineconstruction : les raves. Elle s’initie avec fougue aux ondes acid techno dans les bunkers lorrains et autres zones désaffectées.
Fin 1998 : ces mêmes ondes s’échappent timidement des sillons de ses premiers vinyles.
Début 00’s : DJane et organisatrice au sein d’Anxiogène, Ki confectionne ensuite dans legiron d’Ellipse Sound System les festivals Oscilloscope puis les fameux Zénith baptisés Catharsis, qui réuniront plus de 21.000 personnes. Que ce soit dans les champs, les caveaux humides, les hangars ou les clubs techno, Ki est lancée. Elle partage des scènes avec de grandes figures, devient maman, commence à produire sa propre musique, puis met en marche le collectif de DJanes Patchakamak.
2007 : On la retrouve alors dans diverses formations féminines plutôt punchy (avec DjMute, Deby Brown,…) et en parallèle, dans l’organisation d’events à dominante électro.
2011 : Dj Ki découvre l’esthétique de La Bande Adhésive, de là naît le duo Brand new Bastards avec Dj Bouto : mix, turntablism, machines, instruments, et déstructuration desmodèles issus de l’underground hip-hop, rock et techno. Plusieurs singles et Dj Kicks verront le jour sur LBA Records, Petroglyph Music, After Affects Records et Arythmic Records.
2018 : Dj Ki puise ses playlists au creux de toutes les vagues, mais sa griffe se trouve dans un style techno « sans détour », à l’image de sa personnalité trempée. Elle fait d’autant plusparler ses mondes intérieurs en signant ses propres titres, peignant les ombres d’un stylerésolument cinématographique. Ses notes souterraines et aériennes ont d’ailleurs étéempruntées pour divers travaux audiovisuels (trailers et video mappings) et portées par les labels LBA Records, 3rd Lab et Petroglyph Music. Comme une consécration, en septembre 2018, est sorti son premier album Flash Memory, sur LBA Records.
